Senior Manager Finance Role Summary
This role is a senior-level position responsible for leading financial management functions across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and experience in managing large-scale financial projects.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian GAAP/US GAAP.
• Lead month-end/quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet preparations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and control.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including executive management and external auditors.
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA (US) with 8-+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of Indian GAAP/US GAAP and proficiency in spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and other accounting systems.
