Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Perform monthly journal entries on cash, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, accruals etc. Responsible for the overall general ledger financials for Netskope Taiwan and other International subsidiaries. Coordinate and work closely with external service providers on VAT/GST tax filings and statutory audits Execute on monthly/quarterly/yearly close process, including preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and various financial analyses for international subsidiaries to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting Ensures a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiencies to ensure adherence to company policy local regulations Assist on monthly financial reporting packages including flux analysis for all international subsidiaries Assist with monthly financial reporting budget vs. Actuals, financial flux analytics to the corporate team Assist on proactively identifying and implementing process improvements Work closely with the Manila Finance Shared Services team and will report to the Accounting Director (Manila).Requirements: 8-10 years of general accounting experience in a shared service / multinational environment Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus People management experience a plus Proven knowledge of current local GAAP and/or IFRS standards a plus Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with executive leaders Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication along with strong analytical skills Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting
