Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Maintenance of books of accounts, Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash Reconciliations, Expense Booking, Provision Entries, Revenue Reconciliation, and Booking.
• Prepare monthly MIS.
• GST Return filing.
• Managing Payments, and Liaison with the banks.
• Maintenance of accounts of receivable & payable.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and yearly books closure.
• Liaison with Internal & External Auditor.
Skills and Specifications-
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent Knowledge of GST.
• Expert level knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
• Minimum 2 year’s experience of Managing Inventory in Tally.
• Team handling experience of Minimum 3 years.
• Basic level knowledge of setting up Internal Control System.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Candidates with experience in Budgeting & forecasting would be given preference.
Education and Qualifications-
• Master's degree in commerce, CA Inter/IPCC cleared preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Budget- 4.8-6 LPA
