Accounting Manager being added to join a well-established Commercial Real Estate company. This 40-year-old company develops and manages industrial, and other commercial properties, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and private investors. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property and Development Accountant who is passionate about training others and thrives on overcoming accounting challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Month End Close
• Financial Statement Analysis
• CAM/Tax/Insurance reconciliations and billings
• Balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers
• Assisting with Project Accounting on an Ad Hoc basis
Requirements:
• Accounting Degree
• 6+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial real estate accounting
• Experience in Yardi is required
• Experience in MRI is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
