Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
Contract length/Perm: 6 month contract - could extend or go perm
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of public accounting experience
CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
SAP Experience
Experience with ERP systems such as One Stream, Essbase, or Hyperion
Day to Day:
· Close and maintain 15+ corporate ledgers within 5 separate instances of SAP on a monthly basis.
· Prepare and present monthly review decks for corporate ledger roll-ups to senior management.
· Work with OneStream including, loading ERP ledgers, loading topside templates, running QuickViews for high level data analysis, and drilling down on accounts and other data points.
· Operate cross functionally with teams to facilitate our month-end accounting close on a timely and accurate basis.
· Review corporate accounting team’s monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and SAP to OneStream reconciliations.
· Thrive in a fast-paced month-end close environment and met deadlines on a consistent basis.
· Prepare monthly forecasts for corporate ledgers and loaded into OneStream.
· Analyze and present corporate rollup of balance sheet and income statement fluctuations
· Experience with intercompany accounting
Work with external auditors
Compensation:
$60/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
