Responsibilities
Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Prepare and submit necessary reporting for banking and/or finance partners
Coordinate with 3rd party tax consultants for annual tax return preparation
Communicate regularly with company ownership and/or affiliate management on the financial status of the company
Operational Oversight
Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient job data delivery for billing purposes
Coordinate with operations management to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Crew and Staff Management
Track and manage service crew schedules and assignments in order to maintain accurate job cost accounting
Manage staff budgeting and payroll
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the management team to align financial and operational goals
Provide training and support to staff on financial and operational procedures
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
