Job Details
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Duties
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record day-to-day financial transactions maintain records, and launch reports and financial statements
• Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
• Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll postings
• Preparing quarterly tax filings
• Performing month-end closings
• Effective Project Management
• Preparing trial balances
• Assisting with job estimates for pricing
This is an exciting opportunity to join their team to develop and implement accounting systems/procedures to control costs, provide management and BOD with key information to make better informed decisions, monitor progress of strategic initiatives, and assure regulatory compliance working with their accounting vender.
