Accounting Manager

Manage cash flow operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing cash position.
Lead, guide, and develop a team of accountants to ensure smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to management to help guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
Develop, implement, and continually improve accounting policies, procedures, and best practices across the department.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA designation is required.
At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex accounting issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team.
