Job description
US Accounts Manager with 3+ years of work experience required a US based CPA firm at Virar / Andheri, Mumbai
• Manage and train accountants at all levels
• Should have at least 3 years of prior experience using QuickBooks
• Year-End Finalization of Bookkeeping
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations using QuickBooks
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and client communications
• Reviewing financial reports, with a focus on assets and depreciation
• Must be proficient in English communication
• Assisting in preparation of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Timing : 4 pm to 12 am or 3 pm to 11 pm
June-Dec : 5-day weeks; rest : 6-day.
Salary upto Rs 10 lakhs per annum (can be increased for a suitable candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Reporting:
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports for the board and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to relevant authorities.
• Administrative Duties:
• Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for society activities.
• Compliance and Audits:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Communication:
• Liaise with members, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Support the team in communications related to society events and activities.
