Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in Preparation of quarterly and yearly financial results
Interact with statutory auditors and subsidiary accountant.
Variance analysis of the subsidiary companies.
On-going study of new accounting and disclosure development and preparing accounting and disclosure guidelines on the same for issuing to F&A team of various business units for implementation.
Impairment testing of goodwill, investment in Subsidiaries/associates and Joint Venture as per Ind AS 28.
Ensuring system implementation for the change in accounting and disclosure requirement. .
Inter-company reconciliation
Basic knowledge on SAP/BPC.
Good in excel and communicating skills
Knowledge and Skills:
· Experienced in statutory audits, limited reviews and tax audits of listed/unlisted entities in manufacturing environment.
· Worked on software’s like SAP, BPC and have good knowledge of excel, word.
· They should have articleship experience in Big 4 and other mid-size firm.
· Worked in accounting and auditing matters
Education Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience required: CA Fresher completed articleship from reputed institute or experience of 2 - 5 years work experience – post CA qualification from Mid size companies
CTC Budget: up to 11 LPA
