Job Description: Accounting Solutions Specialist (Client Facing CPA/ACCA, Fully Remote)

We're currently seeking a dynamic individual with strong technical acumen and a proactive mindset to join us as am Accounting Solutions Specialist (Client Facing CPA/ACCA).
You will be a part of a team responsible for full-cycle accounting, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• CPA or ACCA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related role.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with demonstrated proficiency in business English. Preference will be given to candidates who have spent a significant amount of time in predominantly English-speaking countries, immersed in business English.
• An expert understanding of Fundamental Accounting Principles and financial reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in technical accounting skills, with the ability to project expertise and reliability to clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Understand clients' unique needs and business goals to provide customized accounting solutions.
• Explain financial reports and data in a clear, client-friendly manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure that all financial records align with applicable regulations, standards, and internal controls.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data trends and findings.
• Advise clients on best practices for financial management and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, accounting processes, and overall financial health.
• Implement and support accounting software or tools tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new services and solutions to address client challenges.
• Work closely with internal accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Share client feedback and insights to improve company services and offerings.
Work Schedule:
• Fully remote position
• The Contractor's normal working hours will be 40 per week, and occur during the window of 4:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday.
Work From Home Office Requirements:
• High-Speed Internet: Minimum of 50 Mbps.
• Dual Monitors: At least one secondary screen.
• High-Quality Webcam: 720p minimum resolution.
• Audio Equipment: Microphone or headset with clear audio output and noise cancellation capabilities.
