🚨 We’re Hiring – Accounting Specialist (specifically in Manufacturing Industry, Inventory Management and Systems & Processes)
📍 Location: Dabaspet - Rural Bangalore.
🕒 Experience: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com
🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage end-to-end inventory control, financial systems compliance, and SAP process governance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate costing, strong internal controls, and smooth plant-level financial operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall inventory management and system controls
• Ensure strict compliance with internal finance processes and controls
• Manage SAP implementation, monitoring, and governance
• Perform item master costing and cost runs in SAP
• Verify COGS production order-wise and reconcile production orders periodically
• Validate production booking vs. BOM vs. actual consumption
• Ensure timely MIRO approvals and postings
• Implement auditor and management recommendations
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Monitor inventory movement across plants and warehouses
• Analyze freight costs, provisions, and inventory pricing trends
• Perform standard vs actual cost analysis (monthly & yearly)
• Support plant teams with SAP transaction accuracy
• Supervise external warehouse stock and movements
