Job Details
We are in search of a Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing both our accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, including the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, including the preparation of invoices, handling collections, and managing customer queries
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Collaborate with the financial team to improve financial processes and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Proficient in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
