Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, especially during peak times of the year
Daily check deposits and SCH’s
Send monthly statements to customers and set up new customers
Accurately post customer payments and ensure timely processing
Generate aging reports and work with Sales Representatives to manage and collect on past due accounts
Review and process credit applications
Post vendor invoices and reconciliation statements
Assist in entering and maintaining documentation within the accounting system
Communicate with customers to address invoice issues and ensure prompt payment
Provide support in researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
Review aging reports and manage past-due accounts
Participate in annual financial audits
Month end activities and reporting
All other duties as assigned
