Experience and Qualifications Required
Qualified CA
3-4 years company Accounting, secretarial experience, Indirect Taxes.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Self-starter – demonstrates good use of initiative with an enquiring/questioning nature
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent team player
Appreciation for cultural differences within a multinational firm
A good team player and a strong professional
Ability to independently manage issues
Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent judgment; business sense; high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity
Understanding of business goals and customer focused
Legal: Collating information, Legal Due Diligence, Drafting and Vetting of Contracts, Agreements, MOUs
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools such as excel, word, power point etc.
