Job Description
The candidate will lead a team of 4-6 Jr. Accountants and Sr. Accountants. Work will involve supervising the work of the team; communicating with US-based clients, account bookkeeping as an accounts manager for businesses of our premiere clients, and working on our proprietary Docyt software and QuickBooks online accounting software. No tax and No audit work is involved. Candidate should have good knowledge of preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, income & expenditure statements, verifying & reconciling entries in a chart of account & bank accounts, posting month-end journal entries, preparing financial reports, payroll processing, etc. Good verbal and English writing skills are a must for communicating with US-based clients to maintain their books of accounts. We expect candidates to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and the ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. This job may require some overlap in US time zones when communicating with clients.

About You
• Undergraduate degree in finance, or commerce with an accounting concentration is highly desired
• 5+ years of recent experience in account management related to accounting - customer-facing experience is required.
• Good verbal and English writing skills are a must for communicating with our U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
• Outstanding project manager with great organizational skills and attention to detail.
