Responsibilities
Maintain ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements
Prepare payroll, cheques, and tax returns
Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports
Use accounting software (QuickBooks, TaxPrep, Sage, CaseWare/Caseview)
Focus on accuracy and process improvement
Requirements
College diploma (1–2 years) in Accounting or equivalent experience
2–3 years relevant experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
