Job Description
• Preparing accounts and tax returns and ensuring timely filing of returns of TDS & GST
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Preparing invoices - purchase and sales
• Verifying and clearing expense claims
• Preparing tax calculation sheets
• Auditing and analyzing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Ensuring timely submission of PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax contributions, LWF etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
Roles & Responsibilities - Admin
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Vendor coordination and management
• Managing housekeeping staff and activities
• Event coordination
• Office administration
• Any other tasks assigned as per the profile requirement
