Job Description
Accounts Executive Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of Books of Accounts
• Reconciliations & BRS
• Statutory and TDS
• Payroll preparation
• MIS
• GST and Filing of monthly and Annual Returns
• Audit and Preparation of Financial Statement & Finalization of Accounts
• Preparing Quotation, Purchase Orders, Legal Agreements
• Payment Follow ups and Bill Payments
• Knowledge of Tally.ERP 9
Admin Executive Responsibilities:
• Day to day office Management
• Housekeeping & Infrastructure Management
• Liaison with Vendors
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities - (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
