Job Description
Reviewing and reconciling accounts
Prepare, send and store invoices
Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Maintaining courier dispatch details
Processing mail, filing,etc
Should have good exposure in handling Tally,MS Office / Excel etc.,
Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, etc.
Creating Invoices &Preparing and Maintaining the Debtors Details
Issuing & Collecting of TDS Approval Certificates
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements, Expense Statements & Cheques, Month-end closings
Able to handle TDS and GST, and return filing.
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
