Job Description
Position Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for assisting in the financial operations and management of an organization. They handle various accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including gathering data and preparing reports.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Process financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Should know a little bit of administration work as well.
Experience : 1-2 Years
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
