Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
50% Accounts and 50% Admin Work.
Manage daily accounting tasks, including payments, receipts, and ledger entries in Tally ERP.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
File GST and TDS returns and handle other statutory filings.
Process payroll, making sure salaries are paid correctly and on time.
Coordinate with service providers for repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance needs.
Handle the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
Negotiate with vendors to get the best deals.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably with Tally ERP.
