This traineeship is a perfect opportunity to gain relevant skills all whilst working full-time, gaining hands-on experience from trained professionals in a business environment and work toward obtaining a Certificate III in Accounts Administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
Create and manage purchase orders with precision and accuracy
Maintain accurate and organised financial records
Liaise with clients and customers to resolve queries
Collaborate with team members to enhance business operations
Handle various administrative tasks that support the efficient running of the business.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Business Knowledge: A good understanding of business operations to support informed decision-making.
Accounts Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges as they arise.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Experience with Accounting Softwares: Have exposure with operating accounting softwares.
WHAT IS THIS TRAINEESHIP?
This traineeship is a 24-month duration. During this time you will be working full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
Within the 38 hours working week, you will be allocated 3-hours paid study time to work toward completing your Certificate III in Accounts Administration.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must have some previous experience working in accounts/administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Programs is essential
Knowledge in Xero or MYOB is preferred
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen.
Must have Drivers Licence and own vehicle
Must not have any previous qualifications exceeding a Certificate III in Accounts Administration.
