Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts in QuickBooks/Tally accounting software, pass necessary entries, maintain vouchers and necessary documentation under adherence to internal controls and standard SOPs.
- Raise invoices, manage billing for out of pocket expenses to clients and do receivables management
- Monthly Payroll, including issue of pay slips and reimbursements processing
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare monthly management (MIS) reports
- Compute, document and process monthly / quarterly tax payments such as TDS, GST
- Prepare and file returns for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Reco with GSTR 2A and GSTR-+, TDS (24Q, 26Q and Form 16A/16)
- Annual finalization of accounts including passing finalization entries, compiling books of accounts, and preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act, 2013.
- Assist in statutory audit
- Co-ordinate with external consultant (CA) for any other matter as required
Admin
- Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for CEO and Co-Founders
- Handle commercial documentations like Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Contracts
- Assist with the recruitment / if and whenever required
- Manage petty cash and daily transactions.
- Any other adhoc admin work as and when required.

- Should be able to work within a small team and coordinate with various team members. Should understand his role well within the organization and be able to manage expectations.

Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Qualification – B.Com/B.Com(H)
- Optional Qualification – M.Com, Completed Accounting Technician Course from ICAI/, CA Intermediate/IPCC Pass.
- Prior Work Experience – 2 years minimum (CA Article ship, if any would play a positive preference) with experience in preparation of year-end financial statements / conducting statutory audits.
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office. (Advance Excel, MS word and PPT)

4-month probation period without any severance pay
