We’re a new and growing construction company based in Cannock, with big plans and a friendly, down-to-earth team. We’re now looking for an experienced, qualified accountant who is happy to wear multiple hats – taking on both finance and office administration tasks in a flexible, part-time capacity.

What You’ll Do
Finance & Accounts:
Prepare monthly management accounts and support with year-end figures
Handle VAT returns, CIS submissions, and payroll assistance
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments
Assist with budgeting, job costing, and cash flow monitoring
Office Administration:
Help run the day-to-day office – answering calls, ordering supplies, maintaining records
Support directors with general admin and project-related paperwork
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Keep internal systems tidy and compliant
What You Bring
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Construction industry a bonus)
Confident with UK accounting practices, including CIS
Proficient in accounting software (Mainly Xero)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe etc...
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive mindset – someone who’s happy to get stuck in

Pay: £22,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
