About Us:

We are a team of professional Chartered Accountants and Graduates having vast experience of providing internal audit services, assurance, direct and indirect taxation services to our clients engaged in manufacturing, trading, service and online businesses.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with proficiency in various software tools such as Zoho Books, MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software. Additionally, knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Secretarial work is required.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for clients
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Assist in tax preparation and filing, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Provide support in secretarial tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Handle email correspondence professionally
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Secretarial work
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in an accounting or financial services firm
• Pursuing Graduation, CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent
