We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Account Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Account Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Perform data entry and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Junior Account Assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
