We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our small, friendly office in Caerphilly. Established over twenty years ago we have experienced significant growth in the last few years and are therefore looking for someone who will support this growth while developing their end-to-end accounting skills.
The ideal candidate will have an accounts background and either hold AAT qualifications or be QBE. In addition candidates with a number of years experience in the following will be favoured:
• Data entry using QBO or other accounting software
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Payroll administration and submission
This is a client facing role and therefore excellent communication skills are required as is flexibility to help with all aspects of accounts and administration.
This role is office based and there is no opportunity for remote/hybrid working.
Free on-site parking can be arranged.
The role is open to those seeking a part-time or full-time permanent position.
Salary is based on experience and will be pro-rata for a part-time position
