We are looking for an Account Assistant to manage all financial transactions & preparing GST invoices & International Export Invoice
Responsibilities :
Preparing GST invoices & International Export Invoice
Manage all accounting transactions
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirement:
- Day to Day accounting process.
- Handling export documentation, international payment realisation & BRC generation.
- Processed documentation, such as invoices and payment checks
- Performed administrative tasks, including filing, reporting etc.
- Completed the general ledger with payroll entries
- Assisted tax accountants in preparing tax returns and financial statements.
- Coordinate with CA for Audit working & Filing,
- Prepared invoices, expense reports, and payment memos
- Performed data processing in ZOHO BOOKS & TALLY 9.0
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
