Requirements
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
A Candidate with PUC 2nd Year (Commerce) / B.Com/ M.Com Degree , Fresher / 0.6 - 2 year experience, having Good Knowledge of Accountancy and an analytical acumen.
Candidate should be a fast learner, able to take initiative, should be willing to work as a team player, adhere to maintaining confidentiality wherever required.
Should have understanding of accounting and principles and practices excellent organizing abilities, Excellent knowledge of MS Office , Tally ERP Software Mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Post Purchase Entries , Sales Entries ,
• Prepare Customer Invoices, Dispatch Notes/Delivery Challan and E-way Bills required for Material dispatches
• Communicate with outstation customers for road permits from other states as and when required.
• Communicate Shipping details to Customers, and track on time deliveries and delivery confirmation from customers.
• Update the customer master file with contact information on regular basis.
• Reconciling Stocks with Warehouse Staffs across all branches.
• Guide and Support Sales Coordinators in Branch Offices for Account related issues
• Post and process journal entries required for purchase and Sales related transactions
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in preparing income statements
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
