Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our team. As an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, filing ROC forms, conducting accounting tasks for various businesses, and efficiently managing documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
Conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable standards.
File necessary ROC (Registrar of Companies) forms and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
Perform a wide range of accounting functions, including but not limited to bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Review and verify financial transactions, documents, and reports, identifying any discrepancies or irregularities.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial records, reports, and supporting materials.
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Audit Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and auditing principles.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Sound knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify financial discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with ROC filing procedures and statutory requirements will be an added advantage.
