As our business continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a passionate Accounts Coordinator who has energy for delivering successful outcomes to manage our end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable process. This includes the timely collection of debts and payments to vendors, maintaining accurate customer and vendor records as well as supporting the broader administration functions.
This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
Your responsibilities:
Code, process and manage all supplier invoices and credits
Process expense claims and manage business credit cards
Set up and maintain accurate supplier records in NAV and banking platforms
End to end management of allocated Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure timely collection
Perform remittance and daily banking reconciliations
Manage and process customer trade-spend claims in Blueshift
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Coordinator or similar, with FMCG experience a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Navision and Blueshift experience is preferred
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for skincare, beauty and wellness products, a plus
