We’re looking for a hard-working, organized and honest Accounts Cum Admin Executive.
The job is divided into three broad categories:
Accounts:
• Managing Expenses and Incomes: Raising invoices, following up for payments and managing the necessary purchase expenses/payments for advertising. Payroll processing. Contracts and Work Order processing.
• Co-ordination with the auditor for GST, TDS and annual filings.
• Passing entries in Tally and Quickboks.
This section of the job requires hands-on knowledge of tally and (bonus) Quickbooks.
Admin:
• Screening candidates, inducting them and managing their exits.
• Managing employees in terms of reports and productivity.
• Managing the office in terms of EB, water, internet and other infrastructure.
This section requires fluency with Google sheets, handling people, communication in English and Tamil; and the ability to be organized while demonstrating authority.
There are two companies involved in this task - and both of them require KPI management and assistance in the HR department.
Executive Assistance:
• Managing the personal finance of the Directors.
• Managing Legal Compliances for the Directors.
• Providing Misc assistance in terms of calendar, infrastructure and mail.
There is an elemnt of secretarial work involved herein. The Directors of the company require assistance in managing their work. The candidate is required to be good with emails, co-ordination and have a working knowledge of executive personnel requirements.
