· Accurately documenting all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
· Organizing financial data into relevant categories and accounts to facilitate analysis and reporting.
· Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide a snapshot of the company's financial position and performance.
· Examining financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, which helps in making informed decisions.
· Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
· Developing and monitoring budgets to track financial performance and make projections for the future.
· Adhering to accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
· Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
· Calculating and processing employee wages and salaries, as well as managing related taxes and deductions.
