nts Execitive/ Assistant manager - Accounts
APURVA NATVAR PARIKH CO. PRIVATE LIMITED - Mumbai, Maharashtra
Monthly closure of books of accounts by making provision for all accrued expenses, amortization of prepaid expenses, depreciation, etc.,
Assist CFO to finalize the annual budget in coordination with the Business Heads
Prepare monthly MIS, business division wise P&L account, perform variance analysis.
Finalize the annual accounts of all the group companies, prepare financial statements of all the group companies on monthly basis and on annual basis for Group companies and prepare cash flow statements.
File TDS returns, GST returns and comply with other applicable statutory matters.
Coordinate with the internal auditors and statutory auditors to resolve their queries.
Coordinate with the auditors for filing of annual tax returns / tax audits.
Maintain fixed assets, register and calculate depreciation under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
Review the work performed by the team members on a periodic basis and suggest the areas for improvement.
Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables functions.
Maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of internal control over Finance Department activities.
