Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day operational activities. Record all receipts and payments accurately in Tally. Maintain and organize purchase bills and track their corresponding payment status. Monitor, validate, and record all credit card transactions. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Book routine expenses and pass journal entries in Tally. Generate and update weekly financial reports for internal review. Prepare and maintain an aging-wise Creditors Report to monitor outstanding payables. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of corporate experience preferred. Skills: Graduate or Post graduate. 2-4 years’ experience in a Similar role.
