The company also provides training for aspiring voices in techniques to enhance their skills and improve performance in any language.
About the Role
Responsible for managing the timely Vendor Onboarding, Accurate and Timely Entries post accurate verification of Vendor Bills, Vendor payments as per Credit Policy, and Assist Supervisor by providing accurate data for MIS and Vendor Dispute resolution if any.
Responsibilities
• Vendor Onboarding onto the Vendor Management System in Zoho -Will need to interact with Vendors on a day-to-day basis and assist Vendors closely with documentation and explaining the general process for Onboarding to Zoho.
• Creating POs and ensuring that Vendors provide Invoices against each PO.
• Passing entries in Zoho Books and in Tally (for a limited time till Zoho achieves “Go Live “Status)
• Vendor Reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of Bills under review/ dispute pending beyond the stipulated payment timelines.
• Closely interact with the Payments Team to ensure Payments are released on Due dates as per internal Credit policy.
• Interacting with Vendors on a day-to-day basis and updating the system on the status of bills and their payments.
• Assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate MIS data and Budgeting data in coordination with the Operations, support, and purchase teams.
Required Skills
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
Essential
• Applicants must be B.Com with at least Two years experience in Payables function of mid sized organizations, preferably from Media or Services industry;
He should :
• Have Experience in payables processing, Accounting and Credit Controls;
• Have a basic understanding of GST Law and other Audit Requirements and regulations.
• Have People management and training skills;
• Have Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Desirable:
• Experience of transactional support and Internal Audit Risk assessment;
• Preparing data for Budgeting and MIS reporting.
• Understanding of Enterprise Credit Control best practices
