Post of " Accounts Executive "
We are looking for candidates for Account Executive with minimum 2 years of experience. Candidates who have prior experience in Full Time jobs can apply.
The Accounting job requires Cash Voucher, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Book, Cash Flow Management, Mis Reporting in skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent education in finance, accounting, business or relevant field
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Balancing Accounts
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Preparing statements showing income and payments
Preparing wages and managing claims for expenses
Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
Process vendor payments and check requests
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests.
Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
Handling Statutory Compliances such as GST TDS etc.
Technical Knowledge/Skills: Mandatory: GST,Tally, Other Accounting Software knowledge
Required Qualification:: B.com/M.Com/Semi-quailified CA
Salary Range: 15k to 22k
Exp: Min 1year of Exp in Accounts.
Immediate joiner Preferred.
