Job Location : Ahmedabad
Salary : 2.40 to 3.60 LPA
Job brief
We are looking for a Account Executive to handle the business opportunities and manage the day to day accounting.
Responsibilities
· Handle the Day to day accounts
· Handle the General Accounting.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
· Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports
· Drafting summary reports concerning key issues upper executives need to review
· Assigning projects to departments and overseeing productivity
Responsible for Day to Day Accounts
Responsible for Sales , Purchase & Billing , Invoicing
Responsible Bank Reconciliation
Knowledge of GST Filling
Knowledge of TDS Filling
Making the Accounts Data
Helping to Accounts Department to make the final Accounting
Good Holding of Tally ERP + ot Prime
· Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol
· Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management
· Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Responsible for GST, TDS, filling responsibility
Requirements & Education
· 1 to 4 years of Experience as an Account Executive,
· Knowledge of Tally ERP-+
· Should have good knowledge about the Day to day Accounting/Taxation/Book keeping,Bank Entrry etc.
· Enthusiastic and passionate
· B.com or M.Com
