Account Executive
Ahmedabad, India
We are building a High-Performance Team here at SunRobotics & have vacancy for an Account Executive to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for B.com qualified Candidate with Knowledge of Accounting, Finance software – ODOO/SAP/Tally-Prime. Candidate who has done Article ship for 06 months -to- 1 year with a reputed CA firm will be more preferred or someone having a similar work experience.
Responsibilities
Handling entire Accounting (using Odoo ERP).
Vendor payments and Sales Payment Reconciliation.
GST and TDS Returns, Annual returns filing.
Daily basis banking related work.
Facing External Audit/Auditor.
Monthly GSTR2B reconciliation and follow-up with vendor who has not filed monthly returns.
Daily Petty Cash Handlings
Must Have
Experience of Accounting in Odoo-ERP (PRIMARY Skill).
Experience of Accounting in Tally (Secondary Skill).
Capable of Handling Monthly GST and TDS Returns.
Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel.
Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).
Nice to have
Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel.
Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).
