Full Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all finance & accounts related matters, in managing cash flow and Investment (Capital Expense) function; monitoring receivables and collection function; controlling payables, taxes and reconciliation functions; administering both management reports and financial reports so as to meet with tight corporate and statutory deadlines.

Responsibilities:

· Handling of day to day accounts

· Handling cash flow for the sectors

· Payments and Fee collection

· Cash receipts/vouchers/invoices

· Managing all finance and accounting operations

· Coordinating with Internal Department Team in terms of issuing the invoices and
the collection process

· Reconciling the banks accounts every month and investigating the long
outstanding entries

· Preparing monthly budget and obtaining the fund transferred from Collection
Account to the Operating account

· Managing the insurance portfolio with regard to assets of the company including
for Loss of Profit and & Third party liabilities

Requirements and skills

· Proven working experience in Finance

· 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

· Advanced degree in accounting

· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

· Experience with creating financial statements

· Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
