The Global Finance team is on an exciting journey, growing at pace to meet client and business needs. This is a dynamic, fast-moving team, managing multiple projects across the business, giving you an opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe.
You will be working with our expert CA, CS, Analysts and/or client to deliver solutions through collaboration. Here you will get an opportunity to develop your career by working on innovative projects, within a fantastic team where individual and team effort is recognised.
As a proactive member of our growing team, you will identify growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take the company confidently into the future.
What you’ll be doing
Processing and checking vendor bills
Processing vendor payments
Taking responsibility for journaling cash, bank, purchase, contra and sales entries
Handling accounts for payables and receivables
Maintaining accounts in Workday books
Managing vendor and bank reconciliation
Preparing of trial balance
Preparation for monthly closing
Liaising with bank for routine activities
Processing internet banking transaction
Processing and tracking payments
What you’ll need
BCom degree from reputed university
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience working in BPO or service industry
Pleasant personality with good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and well organised approach to work
Ability to work fast under pressure and take initiative
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is essential
Previous demonstrable experience in Workday/SAP software is preferred
