Job Description
Looking for Accounts Executive (Male)
� Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
� Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
� Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
� Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
� Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
� Should have knowledge of Taxation MS Excel, Reporting, Cash Flow, Tally, TDS, GST, Balance Sheet, Book Keeping, Audit and Tax Returns.
� Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
� Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
� Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
� Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
� Assist with other accounting related matters
� Good Knowledge of Quick books, zoho software
� Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
B. Com/MBA (Finance) with 1-3 years experience.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Knowledge of Quick books, zoho software
