ResponsibilitiesCreate ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Review and Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with Accounting Standards.
• Monitoring & Preparation of Other Statutory Books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation & Consolidated Reports in Compliance with Prescribed Time & Accuracy Norms.
• Prepare Monthly Balance sheet, Cashflow & MIS
• Books finalization & Preparation of Annual report with CA.
• TDS Deductions & return Fillin
• GST calculations & GST Returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B)
• Audit in depth of Vouching & Verification of Income & Expenses of HappyLab Solutions Pvt Ltd
• Reviews general ledger accounts and makes necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals
• Provides necessary support for external auditors
Skill Required
• Has good experience in the industry
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to work as a team and responsibility meet deadlines & take ownership
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
