Position Overview:
Prime Power Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
5. Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
7. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve billing issues and maintain good relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
