Position: Accounts Executive

Job Timings: Full time job – +:00 AM to 6.00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities :
· Working knowledge in Tally Prime- accounting software.
· Knowledge of computer -Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Record day to day entries in Tally accounting software and to generate vouchers as per standard procedures.
· Ensure necessary documents are maintained for any transactions that are accounted in the Accounting software.
· To prepare the payments as per the organisation's payments policy.
· Vendor bill and payment processing
· Regularly follow-up with centre or staff for submission of accounts.
· Preparation of all monthly accounting reports
· Handling required work for annual audit, donor audit or any other external agency .
· To Prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.
· To Maintain inventories for Consumables, Teaching Aids and Fixed Assets
· Reconciliation of Vendor accounts and Bill files
· Liasioning with Banks.
· Knowledge of TDS and FCRA accounting.
· Manage the filing, storage and security of documents

Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor Degree in Commerce with proficiency in Computer skills like word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, email
At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in a reputed organization in relevant areas.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Remuneration: Negotiable
