Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at our in-house facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Tally Prime Entry:
· Utilize Tally Prime software for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
· Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records using Tally Prime.
General Accounting:
· Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.
· Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
Expense Management:
· Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
· Reconcile and verify all expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Financial Analysis:
· Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
· Provide insights into financial trends and recommend appropriate strategies.
Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
Communication:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on financial matters.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on Tally Prime entry.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proficient in using Tally Prime software.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
