An Accountant helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Duties and responsibilities:
1) Zoho apps Data Entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
2) Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
3) Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
4) Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
5) Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz,GST, TDS, Profession tax.
6) Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST, Profession tax.
7) all statutory Compliance
Personal profile:
1) B.Com or M.Com
2) Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using Zoho apps is highly preferred.
3) Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
4) Proactive and well organized.
5) Ability to work independently as well as in a team
