We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Manager at BV to provide Administrative, Managerial, Accounting & Supply Chain support to the European company.
Job Description:
Responsible to support the European Director to device & implement strategies / processes at Back Office… which will increase dependability of European company on Back Office.
Responsible to support the European company for accounting , finance ,Supply Chain team for planning & co-ordinating inbound of material with Indian & other Global suppliers and back office admin .
Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with internal and external team to expedite workflow between European Company & Back Office.
• Execute and perform other task assigned by the superior for routine office administration Checking & processing of cost invoices as per agreed quotations.
• Checking & processing of Sales & Purchase invoices as per contracts.
• Process receipts from customers and payments to suppliers on time.
• Reconcile customers & suppliers accounts.
• Keeping track of suppliers’ shipment & co-ordinate with them to ensure smooth receipt of material till European Port.
• Create good rapport with European Supply Chain team, follow up and communicate with them on inbound shipments and delivery status.
• Documentation / Archiving of respective transactions in proper working files.
• Providing reports in excel to management from the accounting software:
(outstanding invoices, monthly sales, monthly purchase, commission dues, stock, etc.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Office management responsibilities & Supply Chain with good accounting exposers
• Futuristic approach & global exposure / mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands on mentality & ability to work independently.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with at-least 7 to 10 years’ experience, preferable INTER CA – MBA- MCOM
• Age below 45 years, male

Remuneration will be ABOVE par with industry and no bar for the right candidate.
