We have opening for the position of Accounts Executive in our corporate office based out of Lower Parel.
Location - Lower Parel.
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Designation : Accounts Executive.
Basic Qualification: Commerce Graduate
Experience Needed: Minimum 4 – 8 years
Maximum CTC - 2.5L to 3L CTC PA (Monthly net take home – 15,000 to 20,000 per month)
Role & Responsibilities:
Book-keeping of all payable invoices into the system
Preparing Cheques and making payments
Sending Payment advices to vendors
Reconciliation of vendors.
Assisting in finalization of books of accounts
Bank Reconciliation
Maintenance of Accounts Hygiene
Assisting in TDS Return
Skill Sets Required:
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Ability to cope with work pressure and to prioritize tasks.
A positive attitude to deal with Managing Director.
Calm attitude, honest and with high level of integrity
Experience on Tally and ERP required.
